Being able to master the art of Paying Attention is now a necessity, not an option.

In this half day Zoom workshop you’ll learn everything you need to know to lead yourself in this ever-changing and unpredictable world. We'll cover:

  • The most crucial skills for responding effectively in the face of significant uncertainty and complexity

  • How to adopt, cultivate and embody the mindsets that are crucial for success

  • How to recognise emotional responses to changing circumstances and harness these emotions in powerful ways

  • Brain basics and the neuroscience of self-leadership

  • The key to “thinking differently” and “letting go”, two of the most powerful ways to achieve break-throughs
